Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

Original recipe makes 6 servings

•       1 (8 ounce) package ARMBRUSTER Noodles extra-broad

•       3/4 cup mayonnaise

•       2 tablespoons cider vinegar

•       1 teaspoon sugar

•       1 teaspoon salt

•       1/4 teaspoon white pepper

•       1/4 cup green onions, sliced

•       2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

•       optionally add different vegetables or cold sausages (salami, ham etc)

 

Directions

1.    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ARMBRUSTER Noodles extra-broad, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain, and rinse under cold running water.

2.   In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, green onions and jalapeno peppers or add more ingredients. Stir in the ARMBRUSTER Noodles extra-broad. Refrigerate until chilled before serving, at least 30 minutes.
