Our tradition of pasta-making started over a century ago with a small bakery in the heart of the Black-Forest. Our recipes for traditional German pasta have been handed down – father to sons, perfecting and modernizing the methods of production on the way, but never changing the unforgettable taste of our great-great-grandma’s handmade pasta.
