Easy Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Original recipe makes 15 servings

•       1 (16 ounce) package ARMBRUSTER Noodles extra-broad

•       2 large tomatoes, chopped

•       1 green bell pepper, chopped

•       1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

•       1 cucumber, chopped

•       2 (6 ounce) cans sliced black olives

•       5 stalks celery, chopped

•       1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing, or more to taste

 

Directions

1.    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the ARMBRUSTER Noodles extra-broad at a boil, stirring occasionally, until cooked through yet firm to the bite, about 7 minutes; drain. Rinse noodles in cold water until cool; drain.

2.   Toss drained ARMBRUSTER Noodles extra-broad, tomatoes, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, black olives, and celery together in a large bowl.

3.   Pour Italian-style dressing over the noodles mixture; toss to coat.

4.   Chill salad 20 minutes before serving.
